why doesnt my xbox 360 read disks

so i wanted to play forza horızon 2 on my xbox 360 and then ı put the cd ın close it and then it says reading but shortly after open tray i have trıed multıple games and whıle readıng it makes an bsst bsst noıse and then it says open tray can someone help me (hıttıng ıt whıle closıng dosent work)

The drive probably needs to be repaired/replaced, and if your idea of how to fix things is to hit them, it's not something you'll be able to do yourself. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

well i have looked it up on youtube and they hit it but not to hard and then it worked but yeah ok
