Can't get R3800x to use over the default 105w TDP, is it impossible or am I doing it wrong?

KYO297

Hi, I have a Ryzen 3800x and a Asus ROG Strix x570-f motherboard and a 1200w seasonic PSU (yes, I know it's overkill, it was the cheapest >700w PSU I could get at the time) and both 4 and 8 pin eps conncected. No matter what I did in the BIOS I couldn't get the CPU over 4.3ghz and 105w. Right now I gave up and just running PBO but this only gets it to 4.2-4.25. I don't want to use ryzen master, settings reset every reboot. Is there some setting I'm missing to increase the power limit or is it already the highest the CPU/MB can handle? I should have ample cooling, I don't think I've ever hit 80°C.

If you think some information I didn't already provide would help, let me know. I'll do my best to add it.

Thanks in advance!
