Corsair iCUE H150i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU flashing red amd shut off computer

Hello my pc's cpu cooler block and fans have been flashing red amd shutting my computer I was using it like 2 or 3 days ago with no problems I have tried unplug amd replacing everything I have no idea what wrong

Probably pump problem, is it new ?
