Screen stuck at 60hz, windows only offers 60hz any suggestions?

Tried so far:

* Replace cable

* DDU driver once

* custom resolution in Radeon control panel

 

On my to try list:

* uninstall windows monitor driver

* try Radeon additional settings

 

Bug started after RSR update came for the Radeon control panel... 

 

Any suggestions? I even take the stupid ones!

Had exact problem until I haven't changed HDMI cable....Maybe outout of your graphics card HDMI can not handle more then 60Hz.

Check all output versions of your graphics card,and try over display port,it should give you with good cable mor then 60 Hz if it's at least v 1.2 of DP.

Maybe even your monitor is 60 Hz..

Give us monitor model and GPU.

Tried HDMI and Display Port, then I go to Windows the only option listed is 60hz.

If you look at the monitor specs it can only do >60Hz at some old 4:3 resolutions.

Yes it can do 1920x1200(64hz) or 75 at the lower resolution, tough the option to pick anything even down at 720p is flat out gone in Windows... I even tried 800x600 still only 60hz is listed...
