No, you need some kind of adapter/converter to go from a TCP/IP network to the USB protocol.

you mean a cable that has an RJ45 connector on one end and a USB type C end on another? If you mean a completely passive one, no that's not possible. If you mean an active adapter that does actually have a LAN controller in it, that would be possible, but that's a very niche situation. Usually it makes more sense to have something like this
