Uninstall or LEAVE ALONE?

Nero Prerequisite Installer 6.0 ⇐ That is listed under my list of installed software. I have not burned a CD/DVD in about 3 years. QUESTION can I safely and easily uninstall this program?

Extra question, should I just uninstall ALL/ANY DVD burning software and in the rare case I need to burn a disc simply download on the dozens of free DVD authoring tool?

So Fellas, what should I do here?
