USB ports cutting out.

Hey!

I'm having an issue where my USB Ports keep cutting out. Meaning my Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones, Microphone, Webcam etc. Keep cutting out Its pretty often like every 20 mins to an hour They cut out for about 30 seconds, This is extremely annoying when I'm playing a competitive game such as CS:GO  where I am basically just a sitting duck for 30 seconds and Then I need to restart my game because I will have no sound after that for some reason and its extremely annoying. I'm pretty sure this is an issue with my motherboard and I'm looking for a fix or wanting to know if I need a new one.

Yes, I have unplugged and re-plugged in all of my peripherals (Keyboard, Mouse, Etc.)
However If your asking I have not actually gone inside of my pc.

What components are in the computer? CPU and motherboard specifically.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

@ikeaGnome I have a 3060Ti, AMD Ryzen 5 5600x, 16GB Kingston Fury RGB. (I don't know what my motherboard is. It says "B550M-PRO-VDH" on it and its from MSI)

B550 had issues with USB cutting out.

Update your chipset drivers.
