What happened to my monitor?

I turned off my pc properly and went to bed no issues. The next morning i was greeted with this screen.I tried going into the bios and the same screen appears. I also tried to unplug the monitor from the pc but it still has that screen. What do you guys think happened and how do I fix this?

Do you have a different monitor to confirm that it's not the GPU?

im afraid that i have no extra monitor, this is the only one i have. i tried going into the bios and it gave me the same screen.

Any chance you have a friend with a TV or monitor you can try?

As asked, do you have a TV to use as a test monitor?

It is possibly faulty capacitors in the monitor but as far as you are concerned, it is dead.
