High CPU temps in GTA V

unidentified7

I have been experiencing high CPU temps in GTA V. I'm talking upwards of 100 C. I'm not sure really where to begin. My pc is a prebuilt but it came with a CoolerMaster 120mm AIO which seems to be in working condition (fans spin and I can hear water pumping through it. I understand that GTA V is a very CPU intensive game and both by CPU and GPU are at 100% utilization while playing. Im just suprised that I don't recieve any sort of thermal throttling to help mitigate the extreme temperatures. I suspect my fan setup may be fighting itself but I know absolutly nothing about fan placement or fan curves. Any suggestions. CPU: i7 9700k (no OC)

1) 120mm AIO isint that good of a cooling solution for a 9700.

2) Make sure that your radiator is heating up, this can help make sure that the AIO is making proper contact, you can also see if the aio tubs are heating up.
3) Make sure you are on the performance fan profile.
4) Make sure that multicore enhancement is turned off in the bios.
