Can't merge partitions

Got a new SSD and made it my boot drive, my old hdd was divided in two partitions i want to join without loosing info from my DATA partition but it doesn't let me.

That's not possible. 

If what you want is to merge D and E you have to copy everything that's on E to another drive, delete everything to the right of D, extend D, then copy files back.

copy stuff from data (e:) to C: and D: 

delete e: , and delete that 547 MB partition 

select D: and choose expand

 

if you don't have enough space to do it.. there's partition manager software that can do it in multiple steps 

ex move as much as possible from E: , defragment ED: , shrink E: to the minimum, move it all the way to the right, expand D: , move stuff into the expanded area of D:, move remaining stuff from E: to other places, shrink more or delete completely. expand D:
