I just finished episode 16 of golden time, but I'm so confused as to why koko's dad asks banri to make ramen and why he said what he did then and also what that hand gesture made meant. Can someone explain that part for me, please? thanks

It's an ad that is selling Canadian Tourism to the Japanese market. :P  It was paid for by a tourism fund from the Government Of Canada.

That said, yes, I would also watch Canada Anime, or as we will now all it 'Canadanime'.

Yeah really excited about that.Also its good to see that Madhouse is still the animation studio,This might have been the reason they didn't work on OPM S2.

 

Also Boku no hero season 3 might have been confirmed as well.The news comes from Yonoku Proud and they haven't really been wrong about these things in the past.

If this news is true we will probably see an announcement at the end of the season finale or in the new chapter of the manga.

I liked Overlord infinitely times more than OPM so that's fine by me.

 

BNHA I can't imagine not getting a season 3. It's highly successful and overall well done.

I liked both pretty equally so its nice to see that we are getting a season 2 out of both of them.

 

As for BNHA,season 3 was obvious but announcing it so soon is what I find surprising.Probably will be coming in Spring or Summer 2018 if true.

Probably Summer 2018 since the first 2 seasons were Summer starts.

Just too bad we most likely won't be seeing the Magic Caster Of Destroy in action(Volume 9). (Since S01 covered 3 volume)

Did anyone watch "Made in Abyss" yet? I just binge-watched the whole thing yesterday... Now I just can't stop thinking about it... I could not concentrate on anything I am just staring at my monitor listening to the OST... I think I am in shock at how different the tone of the anime is and how good it is... It's probably the best anime of 2017.

I didn't find it that amazing/special overall and honestly don't understand the hype that it generated. The final episode was probably one the best final episodes I've seen done though.
