why my r5 3600 so hot?

it's at 60c average. will this be a healthy temp if i'm keeping it on all night for mining? 
I have a cooler master 212 cooler i think. do you think i maybe installed it wrong? or do these cpus just run hot? im on windows 10 btw.

60°C is perfectly fine.

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Fedora 38 x86_64

Secondary: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, Fedora 38 x86_64

60c at idle or under load? If that is idle, that is definitely hot. If its under load, that is great.

idk i guess kinda both. idle is about 50-60c i think.

It can’t be kinda both. Idle is when your sitting at the desktop, load is when your doing a stress test. A good idle temp is 20’s and 30’s, a good load temp is really anything under 85.
