Debt collectors are now able to DM people in debt

Its hard to move out of a state. The problem is its easier to get a job when you have a job. Employers like to see you gainfully employed before pulling the trigger. You might not have a chance to get a job before moving and have to quit your current job in order to move. The next thing is getting you stuff out of the state, U-Huals can be expensive. You need to have a place to live, if you dont have the money to buy a house you have to rent. Most places need to see finances, they need 1st months rent plus deposit.

even if its now legal for debt collectors to do this, it will make it much much harder to see the difference between a scam attempt and a real debt collector.

Yeahhhh.... sure.....

This definitely will not look like a phishing scam or a threat scam XD

I hope people will ignore this as well, as this would create the risk of people having to judge between real debt collectors and Nigerian princess. People have a hard time already with scams, so knowing you may be contacted via your social media is even worse!
