Well i think i hit it by accident but is there any way to fix it?

if it's impact damage that caused it, it's only gonna get worse over time. and besides that.. i've yet to see a way of fixing dead/stuck pixels that's actually a long term fix.

Never been a way to "repair" pixels like that.  Probably never will be.
