AMD Athlon 5350 - Is it good enough for 1080p 40fps+ Steam in-home streaming?

Is the new AMD Athlon 5350 with a SSD good enough for steam in home streaming at 1080p 40fps+? Additionally I would also be using XBMC to stream from my server but of-course its good enough for that and I would be running it on Linux.

I doubt it, it's being compared to Atoms so it's pretty weak.

It depends on what software & codec you plan on using to stream. If you are using any decent codec, most already have hardware decoding built in.
