No Nvidia standard drivers.... just WQHL which means no control panel.....

Probably a Microsoft thing, they've been pushing things in this direction for a while. Separating out the driver part and the associated software like control panel is delivered by MS store.

Well I don't think amd has this problem, could always go team red, kinda dumb how drivers get tied to your Ms account and windows store, very uneccerry. But most people won't notice or care so they know they will be able to get away with it and only loose virtually zero market share, doing their little deals with MS and tieing driver features and control panels to online accounts.
