the best

As a value audiophile, this is an oxymoron. So ill just give you the good valued one instead.

Mic: Shure SM58 (or similar unit): 60-70$

DAC: Behringer UMC22: 60$

Headphone: Beyerdynamic DT770 (80 Ohm version linked, but if possible, 32 ohm is preferable for onboard audio use case): 160$

Light: Any old desk lamp you have aimed at the wall, or wrapped with parchment paper: Free.99

Total build: 280$

Beggars cant be choosers. XLR opens your opportunity to make upgrades in microphone department that you cant do with a USB one. But if you really cant stand it, then just forget what i said on the mic amp (i missaid dac, sorry) and the mic and get a Blue Yeti, preferably used or refurbished.

Isnt it clear enough, no? The reason i specify the 32 or 80 ohm version of the DT770 is because its moddable, really really good audio quality as is, and runs on anything with a 3.5mm headphone jack. And as for lighting, its honestly really niche thing to get a streamer lights as theyre just... lights. If you wanna just get started on things, used desk lamps around your house is gonna be a much much better investment.

And you added that from edit. Sorry that i didnt fucking listen to my own message, jeez.

Anyway, the 20$ spare you can always spend on outdoor spot light, and do the same trick on it, but with more caution as they can get really hot to the touch.

You can probably get a circle/halo LED light for streaming...for like $20.  Virtually anywhere.  There's ones under $10 on ebay right now.

Mate, we don't have to google or search everything on Ebay for you,
I'm sure you could go to ebay and search "halo streaming light"
