Dell has apparently misappropriated (stolen) money – Missing refund for an undelivered order

charlespi

The order 191627277 placed with Dell UK was expected by 8 April 2021 (see the attached evidence), but unfortunately it has not been delivered to the destination address at all.

The recipient has not received the goods in question, and according to Dell Customer Care the order had already been returned in transit due to invoicing issues. For that reason, a full refund for the amount of the order was promised in writing on 29 April 2021 by Dell representatives (see the attached evidence). Regrettably, the refund has not actually been issued by Dell for the last five months.

Despite repeated reminders and requests, Dell has failed to process the promised and long-overdue refund for the last five months. All of that without any reason, justification or excuse. Of course, legal actions against Dell are being considered, but it seems necessary to warn the general public about dishonest and most likely illegal business practices apparently used by Dell.

Dell makes garbage computers anyways so atleast you have the chance to buy a diff prebuilt without shoddy build quality or proprietary parts

And i thought dell was always bad, now with this illegal sht its even worse, i guess better than dell is anything that doesnt have garbage practices and total garbage components

Are you the guy who started that thread asking randos on this YouTuber forum how to contact Dell's legal department because your lawyer supposedly couldn't figure it out?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Welcome to eCommerce? I don't really see the point to this post. Every company runs into an issue like this. It's not an issue that solely affects Dell.

Well, ostensibly he's "warning the public".
