how do you remove stucked screw from elettronic devices?

12345678

I don't quite get it to they cheap out and use shitty screw, put some glue between the slot and screw or what

it's not the First time, some are easy to remove, some no way to screw off

in some I can solve by putting my whole weight into it but one it hurts, two I can't do it always because the pcb flex/might break it

Usually it's more of a problem of not using the correct screwdriver.

Just now, James Evens said:

two options:

1. drill it out

2. Glue something to it like a  short DIN912.

1) how? I mean what can I use without risking to break rhe pcb?

also can you tell me wth could be that blueish thing on the thread of the screw?

Fortunately it's not that far stripped, use rubber band to add more traction of the screwdriver to the screw. And try to not strip it more.

If you can find anything something small enough but with good pinch to the screw side on the position I highlight (spoiler below), probably you can remove it. I actually have (kind of worse) condition, here. Might be helpful to check out.

If it doesn't work.. Well, worse case scenario.. Drill it.

Humor me, as you should do.

That blue thing is thread locker, it's a substance that hardens and resists tortion, twisting... basically there to prevent screw from unscrewing due to vibrations or heat cycles.

You can buy it, Loctite makes some, here's an example : https://www.amazon.com/Loctite-1329467-Medium-Strength-Threadlockers/dp/B009I2UC3Q/

You need the proper screwdriver to unscrew... I guess you use a standard Phillips screwdriver but the head is not Phillips

Pressing down on the screw would not help ... the substance does it's job resisting  twist but at some point will snap
