The phones you've linked probably aren't going to be what you want, if you want something even remotely close to a good camera.

I'd probably get an older iPhone SE. You're not really going to find decent small screened Android phones.

I also vote iPhone SE. iPhones are super easy to use, and the bang for buck is fantastic. AND iPhones get updates for years and years.

Unless I'm missing it somewhere it doesn't look like that phone supports 4g, and considering the major carriers are shutting down 3g networks in the next few years it doesn't make much sense to get a 3g phone. If you want a phone with a good camera you are going to have to find another phone, the number of megapixels alone doesn't tell you whether a camera is good or not.

Don't buy 3g phones, the network is on its way out. Once its out, the phone will be a glorified mp3 player.

5inch is the lowest you can find right now, she'll get use to it, trust me the bigger screen is a good thing for elderly people.

My father when he was 75 when he got his first touch screen, so afraid of going from blackberry to android, touch screen makes him nervous, now he's typing whatsap like crazy.

 

Iphone SE is a good one. But pretty hazzle if you're not into the itunes ecosystem.

I suggest a budget $100ish phone, those new ones are wonderful.

I would suggest a xiaomi phones, but i don't think it's available at your place.

I'd suggest stretching your budget a bit and look into Xiaomi  Redmi / Redmi Note series, or other Xiaomi phones in the $100-150 range.

There's also cheaper models with just 2 GB of ram and with 720p screen (Redmi 9A at $110),  they're still fine but they're gonna be a bit slower....  and they won't have as good cameras as the ones above.  You do say you want good pictures so camera would matter as would the screen so she can focus and see what she's shooting..
