Which smartwatch should i get if I prioritize build quality, display, weight, app quantity, performance isnt very important. Also price isnt important.

I'd wait until Samsung unveils its Wear OS watch in August (likely August 11, it seems). You're going to kick yourself if you buy a GW3 and it suddenly feels obsolete.
