Notification 1. Notification shows 1 when theres no notifications

Browser, version and OS: Brave(js enabled) latest version, Windows 10

 

 

What happened?

The notification icon shows 1 on it between alternate minutes

but when checking the notification theres nothing.

It started showing up today. It comes again and again but when checked there's no notifications

This can happen if you get new notif, but the reason for it is removed before you open it.
For example, someone likes your post and removes like.

It's happening continuously. I think it's a bug.

Is the clock correct on your device, and had it always been correct? This can happen if it is or ever has been way off. 

 

If that is the case, you can fix it by clearing local storage for ltt (or, for browsers that don't offer that granularity, cookies & site data).
