$10 to whoever can solve my Internet issue?

Actual_Criminal

Basically for the last 2 days, whenever I go to certain websites the site either takes minutes to load or it says Not Responding in the browser (not pop up). I have also noticed some images in Google Images not loading.

It could be any random site as well like Facebook.com or even LTT, however some sites randomly have no issue.

It's not just on my PC either, I use Wi-Fi from my phone and same sites have the issue. Even Facebook still but on the app isn't working.

So it's definitely Internet and not browser issue.

Any tips to try and fix the issue.

-I am using a 5G router with a 5G mobile sim. Connected to both Wi-Fi and ethernet.

-Internet download speed is still fine at 400 M/bs and upload at 60 M/bs. 18ms Ping.

-Network provider commented on no issues when I called them to check my account.

(And yes, if you fix my issue without having to do a reinstall I'll gladly gift $10 if you require. 🙂 )

Your device will use Wi-Fi antennas which are different than your mobile antennas, there's 5GHz Wi-Fi, no such thing as a 5G router (unless you're using cellular data for internet).

Go to your browser settings and try clearing out the cache/cookies, update the firmware on your router/modem, and switch the default DNS (I have had good results with OpenDNS). Ask your neighbors if they are having the same problems with the same ISP, I would request a technician visit from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) if it is free.

I am using cellular data for Internet. I don't have proper broadband. It is definitely 5G.

And yes 5G routers exist. Google it and you will see mine. Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2.

Are you using mobile tethering through a smartphone or do you have a dedicated wireless hotspot device from your ISP? If you have a dedicated hotspot, please mention the model/manufacturer in this thread.

He did above.

A factory reset of the router might help. If not then it's likely it's either faulty or the ISP has issues/is throttling stuff.
