Did they confuse Short Circuit and their main channel or something?

Sponsored product showcase, but yeah doesn't feel too different from a Shortcircuit.

OBSBOT must've paid more for the LTT channel spot.

Do you think it would work as a cheap home security camera having it point out into garden etc ? I guess the range of the face tracking isn't that far .

Not really a cheap security camera at a price point of $200, there are already many security cameras on the market such as the Wyze Cam Pan that have decent motion-tracking capabilities for a fraction of the cost.

Hope this information post was helpful  ?,

Apart from it being an paid-off review, Why would anyone buy this? Paying 200$ for a webcam without windows hello seems like a rip-off. You're basically paying for a party trick

Why does the whole video sound like it was recorded threw a cheap mic?

There is one use for this basically useless thing (due to its price), VR live streaming with full body displayed. Best place would be roof mounting it so you don't kick it, but that requires it to flip the image natively to be worth it.

@LinusTechI was thinking... if you plug in the Elgato Facecam as a second camera, you might be able to open Camera Hub and change the input source to the OBSBot.

However, it would be nice if Elgato just let you use ANY webcam with their software - right now a Facecam must be connected before you can enter the dashboard.

Whattsapp??
Any Idea if that camera would work
attached to an Android Phone.

I use to chat a lot on Whattsapp while cooking,
it would be nice to be on camera all time
even when you move around
without repositioning the phone every 3 minutes!!

Do you know if there is any other item that would help me?

Thanks!
