Tried out the typing test on my Poker II. I think this is the most fun that I've had typing. This little thing feels so good.

WbOHcea.pngThis is proberly the most realistic typing speed of mine.. Dunno If I can get much higher by pushing it... There's a looooong way till the 100+'s that's for sure.. LOL

Everyone have a cool signature. I don't, so I thought I would write something.

- Cool right?

I think 110-125 is my essay typing pace. Because Im pulling words out of my ass (say hello to a future scientist ladies and gentlemen) its easier to go faster.

Seeing word prompts...its weird, it slows me down? I'm almost at the point of thinking how to type? If that makes sense. Its not as natural, that is for sure.

I'm going to school to be a computer scientist, get my 4 year degree in CompSci then masters. Maybe PhD if it's worth it. Then, long hours in the lab, no sleep, $$$, women, here i come!

There are 10 types of people in this world, those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Mine is only about 50WPM, however I need to get used to this keyboard first.

For anyone that wants to check their WPM, take a looksy here: http://play.typeracer.com/

I normally type around 60wpm, but I really suck on tests because I type while thinking out a sentence, not while looking at something already there.

I'll have to look to see what it's like with my crappy Ailenware keyboard.

EDIT: 46WPM. But I was rushing, made a lot of mistakes (better when I don't have to type something that is dictated to me), and this keyboard sucks to type on.

On tests I usually get around 100-110 WPM. I definitely type slower usually though.

Playing MMORPGs where the faster you type, the less likely you die really helped as a kid.

Edit: 100-120 WPM now it seems.

You spelled grammar wrong. :)

Also I get 40 WPM.

I know it was one of those "dont give a shit as long as its readable" moments

Nothing special, around 60WPM. I don't really type using a proper technique so that probably hinders my speed a bit. :P
