What does Processing Die Size mean in intel spec sheet

So I am trying to find a specific Pentium 4 to do die shots however there are so many of the same CPU name pentium4 and some look the same but internally the die size is different so I was looking through the spec sheets to find the die sizer of the CPU does Processing Die Size mean this here is the link to the CPU I think is the one I was looking for https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/27426/intel-pentium-4-processor-1-70-ghz-256k-cache-400-mhz-fsb.html

The processor die size is the area of the top of the CPU die under the lid.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

No.

Well, kinda.

Usually, the actually processor silicon is covered in structural material, before you get to the transistors.
