Dimmed folders in windows

There's nothing to fix. Dimmed means it's a hidden folder, but you've apparently got the option to show hidden files and folders to on.

Thats a hidden folder, something thats invisible untill you go under the view tab and change it

I could use some help with this!

If you want to practice Windows installations, always delete any dimmed folder you see.

 

But seriously, these are hidden folders. This can only be seen when you manually enable them.

It's more likely that you followed some guide to setup something. Good example of hidden folder you would need to see is the AppData which has most settings and configuration files.
