No. Nobody knows. That's the word on the street, but last time they didn't all launch on time either and went straight to "sold out" without ever being for sale until a couple of hours later.

the UK Nvidia site had them on the list as coming soon and now there is no 3080ti listed

Watch some reviews before buying one, reviewers are saying the 3080Ti isn't worth it compared to the 3080.
