Scratched my Aio heatsink and worried it will affect my temps

I scratched it on accident when I was installing the radiator it made friction with the case

That's not going to affect temps in any meaningful way. Once you put in thermal paste it will fill in the small scratches.

There were also benchmarks where contact surfaces had better performance when they weren't mirror polished. Also the point of thermal paste is to fill such gaps. There won't be any difference in performance, really.
