Posted May 12, 2021 The fan curve is about balancing noise vs cooling, so it's entirely subjective and individual. With a better airflow case or just more and/or better fans, for example, you can run at lower fan speeds while still keeping temps in check. If you have a case with bad airflow and crappy fans, you'd have to run them faster. There's no one size fits all answer.
