Professional Social Media Uses - What platform to use for what?

So I'm doing a realignment of my online presence and starting to transition into a professional presence for myself, but I'm struggling to decide about social media. I typically am a very light user for social media. It's pretty much here and discord for me. So I'm trying to figure out what platforms to use and what to use each for. I'm open to any platform big or small where I can have a professional presence, interact with companies or others in the field (net ops and sec.) with the irremovable exception of Facebook. I do not use an account there and never will return to it unless Zuckerberg will personally pay me a million to have an open account and not require me to ever open it.
So Facebook aside, here's my current standing:
LTT: I mean it's IT so kinda professional, but my use has been far more personal. Might make a new acct and transition to a more career-focused account. 
Twitter: I don't use but I know this can be good for updates from companies, struggling to decide if it's worth even bothering with though. 

Discord: Purely personal use, and I don't see much professional use for discord, correct me if I'm wrong, so I might just leave that alone.

Pinterest: I know you can find a lot of cool pics of tech projects on here, cool DIY that I can work on as I get further into my career. Not sure if there is any company or professional presence here though. 
Instagram: Can't think of a thing to use this for in my field

Reddit: Other than arguing with internet idiots and tons of pron, is there ANY reason to put any time or effort into having a presence here? I'm genuinely curious as it seems everyone both makes fun of it, but also uses it constantly. Is there something there I'm missing?
Honestly outside of the book with a face that shall not be named, That's all I'm really aware of and of those I only use LTT and Discord. What Social media do you use and for what? I'm open to everything not owned by the lizard man.

Insanity is not the absence of sanity, but the willingness to ignore it for a purpose. Chaos is the result of this choice. I relish in both.

Twitter: not a bad place to establish a way for people to find out what's going on with your company, or a simple way to contact you for customer service or something like that.

Discord: can be useful if your company gets big enough to have a community(see Corsair, XLR8, NZXT, etc). Not much use outside of that, though.

Pinterest: there can be professional presence here, but probably not for your field.

Instagram: similar use case as Twitter.

Reddit: for a company, not really much reason to invest in it.

Have a good profile picture, nice banner, clean work history with concise wording with what people want to hear, pass some LinkedIn tests or do LinkedIn learning, add interests, keep your bio short and to the point, and make it so you are open to work. 2. there's definitely a lot of job spam from there, though i bet i can reduce that in settings somewhere, haven't really looked. I'm not really job searching rn anyways, just trying to build a profile and communication with companies for later
