A very concerning .bat file

So yesterday I downloaded a "premium Spotify" app and it worked as intended, now I know its a dumb move but I wasn't thinking clearly. so the file has an .exe file of predownloaded Spotify and a .bat file, the .bat file made me concerned and i don't know anything about cmd commands so i figured id ask this forum.

Does this .bat file contain a virus? And if so how can i get rid of it?
