[HELP] PS5 screen flickered and sound was distorted

I don’t know where else to ask, no one is replying. Hope it’s okay to ask here. This happened today, never had the problem before. I was playing sekiro shadows die twice , i minimized it and so the console was on the home screen and then I went to get something to eat. When I came back I saw the screen flickering and when I navigate through the menu to reboot the console , the sound was distorted. After rebooting everything was fine. What could’ve caused it? Should I be worried?

very vague, not possible to give you definitive answer.

you must first do some trouble shooting on your own, to at least determine in which catergory the problem lays (e.g hardware or software)

you can use software tools for that, and simple hardware trouble shooting for that matter.
