mount in the front

So I had bought a Corsair H115i RGB PRO XT from NewEgg to put in my Corsair iCue 220T case for my first gaming pc. Now that my motherboard came in i started to install my CPU and cooler. Now I find out my cooler doesn’t fit. 4 months after purchase. What do I do now?

Just leave off the side panel, or get longer bolts/screws so the side panel sits off the top of the cooler

Alternatively buy a giant 3D printer

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Where are you putting it that it wont fit? It's a 280mm and Corsair says that fits fine. What is it hitting that wont let it fit?

Already realized that a few minutes after posting this issue. I was trying to fit the cooler up top. where it couldn’t so i mounted it to the side. Anyways will still need to get a smaller one since now my RTX 3070 doesn’t fit because of it.

I solved the issue. Just needed to mount it onto the front. I still need a new cooler since now my RTX 3070 doesn’t fit.
