LAN port for port forwarding

I'm trying to port forward for rocket league using a technicolor router. Do I just put any random number from 1,6000  in lan port or is there a way to find out what it should be?

LAN port should be the physical ethernet port number on the router if you have the PC directly connected to the router.

 

The actual firewall ports for Rocket League are TCP 80 and 443.
