hello i was wondering how to enter the bios to the GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 can anyone help me ?

restart your computer and mash the delete button on your keyboard  👍

i tried it didnt work i tried spamming "Del" and "delete" it just goes to the windows login screen

  2. Click on Update & Security.
  3. Click on Recovery.
  4. Under the "Advanced startup" section, click the Restart now button. Source: Windows Central.

  7. Click the UEFI Firmware settings option. ...
  8. Click the Restart button.

The option isn’t there I looked

Do you mean the UEFI Firmware settings option? If yes, have you checked for any recent Windows Updates? Cumulative updates are pretty important, even if they're optional.

It will bring you to this screen and then you need to click on "Advanced Options" (many people access their UEFI like this regularly, nothing to be worried about)
