Heyo, 2 things is the 149fps 1.3mp chameleon 3 usb (color) good for slo mo and 2 where do you buy it?

slo mo also. I dont have any lenses yet

 

Edit: also im going to be using a canon m50 for the main footage and that little camera for the slo mo footage, can I use efm lenses? or is it s lenses only

Seeing that it only goes to 149fps, doesn't seem like a good bet for slow mo, id just get a mirrorless that does 720 120fps. There are some other cheapish cameras that can do 960fps. 

 

The sensor is super small on those, so you could adapt ef lenses to it, your going to have a massive crop.

no it isn't

if you've got a new phone you can likely do 240fps at 1080p or 720P
budget? cus for 3-5k a Chronos 1.4/2 is a good deal for a 1000FPS+ camera
