Just wondering if anyone here had any success getting an RTX 3080 through EVGA notify system?

 

I registered for notification on November 29th. But still nothing. And i live in Europe by the way.

There's probably just a massive queue. Check your spam perhaps, but you probably just need to be patient.

They were still working on day 1 orders, a few weeks ago.  Going to be a long wait.

Nope. I was on that list as well since day one, never heard back from EVGA. Finally managed to get a RTX 3080 XC3 from a distributor and still overpaid.

Myself and 3 of my friends got our 3080's and we were in queue day 1 and 2.  I got mine about 6 weeks after launch, theirs were a week or two after mine.

I am still trying to get it anywhere I can, but my options are very limited. I live on an island and the latest hardware is practically non-existent, there is only one reputable retailer that gets the latest stuff on tech and I was very lucky to get the R9 5900X. There is only 3 people on this whole island with 5000 series CPUs, 1 with the 5600X, 1 with the 5800X and me with the 5900X...

Have been on the EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 Black Gaming (and non-Black) queue since the first day in September.

My friend Got in the notify queue right away and got his card in December. It seems like it has stopped moving. I have a decent GPU at the moment so it's not a big deal, but it sucks that I've been in a queue that hasn't moved much since but EVGA has cards to give LTT for verified actual gamer. I'm not mad at LTT - I'm happy they can use their relationship to help gamers, but wonder if maybe sales/marketing have different allocations/numbers of cards to use for certain things at EVGA. I'm sick of checking my  email every 8 hours so I don't miss my window. I feel like I'm opening chocolate bars looking for a golden ticket every time I open Gmail lol.

I have been on auto notify for a FTW3 Ultra 3080 since 11/20/2020 along with three 3090s. Now I did it with 2 3080 tis as well.

I did got a 3080 ti using the Newegg shuffle and that even felt like I won something even though I am paying for it.
