Stable OC suddenly crippled

My i5-9600K was running at 5 ghz for almost 2 years at 1.335v
Suddenly it became unstable, started crashing cinbench r20 and r23 in oc settings.
I tried downgrading to older bios, gave a fresh windows reinstall. Still it's unstable.
I even tested further out and even at 1.355v, oc isn't stable at 5 ghz.

LLC is at auto, all the cpu current and cache limits are set to max, avx negative offset is at 0.
What to do?

Edit: Motherboard is Asus ROG Z390-F

Recently tweeked my OC as well. After Windows 20H2 I need more voltage on vcore, VCCIO and system agent. Check if your Intel ME drivers are up to date too.

I used to have 82-83C at 1.33v.
At the time of testing, at 1.35v it didn't even went up from 78C
As long as temps are okay, Should I push beyond 1.35v?

Seem like your motherboard is reducing power limit, ye? Try disabling power limit

Every settings are in their respective highest settings. Still not getting a stable oc. Might be silicon degradation. Any tips bruh?

Post your settings from bios. Should be a way to either take screenshots of the settings or take pictures. It's pretty hard to guess 🙂 Also check if your ME firmware/driver is up to date. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28632/Intel-Converged-Security-and-Management-Engine-Version-Detection-Tool-Intel-CSMEVDT-

Oml.. You may want to check out some guides in oc. Also in cpu power management, disable tvb voltage optimizations. Some tips. You may want to use adaptive or offset instead of manual vcore. You may want to lower cpu loadline calibration. And if you want to have c-states enabled you need to set adaptive or offset vcore. You might be better off setting xmp to on and enable tvb if you don't have the patience to tweak.

There was probably another microcode update for your CPU, they come from win update. My 3770K was very sensitive. I basically lost 100Mhz off of my max OC, and say if I used to need 1.175 for 4400, I had to use the vcore I would normally use for 4500, or 1.215v to run that clock. I also noticed max VID had been increased as well. Twice. You might be seeing something similar.

AMD R7 5800X3D | Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO, 1x T30

Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero | 32GB G.Skill Trident Z @ 3733C14

Zotac 4070 Ti Trinity OC @ 3060/1495 | WD SN850, SN850X, SN770

You might be able to use my settings for my OC, 9700k@5.1 all core, 5.3 single core boost. All default c-states enabled, incl. speedstep etc.

I put a red ring on the most important setting that could cause your CPU to throttle, couldn't see it in your post. Check post below

If you set everything back to bone stock, is that stable?

I managed to get a stable 4.9 ghz @1.28v with the max temp of 72C. ANd it turned out to make marginally lower score than the 5 ghz in R23
