1080p 144hz gaming
( already own the rx 580 )  CHose  10400f because  r5 3600 are 280$
Where Can I improve  while staying within same Price range?  should i go with only 16gb of ram / 500 ssd,  and buy a better  CPU? and later down the line add more ram? and storage?

well,  the rx580 I already own, and Id assume that the gpu would be my ''worst component'' so it would realisticly be my  1st upgrade with this sytem and 700cdn is really only 600usd

Well Itll still run all the games and you could probably stream on it if you wanted to, looks good.

I'd swap the case for something with better airflow the holes in that case have a lot of metal between them and prevent airflow.

AMD option. I know you said 3600 seemed expensive to you, but it fits in your budget. At least switch out your case. The one you chose has very poor airflow.

For the hardware it's not bad, it won't get very hot. But objectively, I will not disagree, it is not the greatest. @TVwazhere has modded a Q300L for better airflow, if I am not mistaken. 

 

@vegeta01 A good case alternative could be the H18, better airflow +TG panel. I own it and for the price it is very good (I got it on sale for $55).

Anyone with a Hole saw or a rotary cutting disk can get very good results.
