And what happens if you change the channels?

 

Do you have anouther access point to test, might just be a not so great access point your using.

 

Also try moving the antenna around.

I will try with my S10 plus with wifi 6

Restart the NAS. 

Also what are you transferring? One big file or a lot of little files?  

What is you internet speed?  Can you run an online speed test?
