It would be feasible to implement, but it's a whole new bit of UI so it's not just a trivial change to make. It might happen at some point, but as it's only useful for curiosity it isn't a priority and likely won't happen soon.

I want to be able to see a list (similar to the staff one) of all members with a certain badge type. Perhaps also a list with all badge types too. It's really just for curiosity's sake, so it's not really important.
