Pretty sure there aren't any fans that are designed for static pressure.

most of the good ones are going to be 120 if they aren't noctua, just sayin

damn, alright thanks. i might be keeping my stock fans that came with my r4 for now

im probably just going to buy noctuas or maybe cougars. anyone have experience with cougars (fans).

Noctua A14 ULN, i have 5 of them in my XL R2, Cant hear a single one even when running at full speed

Akasa Apache Black 140mm. They're almost silent even when running full speed and they have great static pressure (considering how quiet they are) :D

Asaka 140mm's or noiseblockers if

You have the money

If you hit this link then click on specification, you will be blown away. Check the CFM to Static pressure to noise level and tell me if you can find anything better right now for the price.

 

There is also this one if you don't care about the yellow color or noise.
