When the Intel UHD Graphics 610 integrated graphics will be probably more beefier than that GT 710... If it had even a DRAMless SSD it would still be a pretty capable little office machine for standard desk work.

Guys recently I saw that they sell laptop at 700$ with i3 7th gen + HDD + 4gb RAM

Do you know how slow it is? My pentium 4 was faster

Doubt. Pentium 4 wasn't all that good. So bad that Intel went back to Pentium III for inspiration that led to the Core series because of how well the Pentium M team were doing on the mobile side with their heavily modified version of the Pentium III. The Pentium 4s were an absolute oven (funny how Intel is finding themselves in a similar situation right now). I had an HT variant at 3.2GHz back in the day. The thing was overheating constantly.

It was a joke... Like: even that was faster than this. It's like my grandma runs faster than that. The mentioned laptop had 2 antivirus.
