Planning my new rig

Budget (including currency): 400 USD

Country: Colombia (I'm thinking of buing in the US and ship it to here)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games (Minecraft, Borderlands 2, Watch Dogs 2) Programs (Premiere Pro cc2015, OBS) Some casual gaming and maybe some streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): No existing parts. Mouse and keyboard are ok, I want to change my monitor (curent monitor HP Compaq LE1901wl) but I can wait for it. I was planing to buy everithing out of NewEgg

I recommend two ram sticks at least, and not buying the thermal paste, since the cooler of the 3400G comes with paste applied already. You can also remove the extra fan (not needed for now) and afford a motherboard that is guaranteed compatible with 3rd gen Ryzen

You should get an additional fan when you decide to add a graphics card to the system, if you prefer. It may not be necessary though.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

you don't need separate thermal paste, it comes pre-applied.

added a better motherboard, 16gb of ram (you want dual channel with ryzen) and a better PSU
