The price of apple watch series 5 wifi+ cellular is the same as apple watch series 6 wifi, which one should I pick.

This question would be better to answer if you could tell us what your preferences where.

Do they look the same? Do they offer the same color choices? Is the price offering different?

Really if they are the same feature wise, it honestly breaks down to personal choice, how it feels to the user.

 

We cant tell you which one to buy, only we can help you figure out which is a better fit for you. You have to ultimately decide.

I think the main question is do you want a cellular connection on your watch? It would allow you to do certain things like make phone calls and stream music (Spotify just added support for this) without your phone nearby.

 

I find cellular to be pointless for me as I pretty much never go without my phone, even running. Cellular service for the watch itself is usually an extra fee ($10/mo for me if I remember) which I don’t want to pay, especially given how little I think I’d use it.

Basically cellular which is a bit pointless vs the blood O2 which is less pointless imho

Agreed. I think a used, Series 5 (non-cellular) is the best option right now.
