Buying a pc from NZXT BLD service.

I was looking into getting a new pc I would build it but I want a 3080 and other high end parts that are hard to source right now. My dad said that you would be better off going through them if they have what you want so I don't have to worry about messing anything up and only having to deal with one company for service and warranties. Some back round is I am a teenager with a minimum wage job and I am saving to get me a higher end pc. I just don't know if I should go the custom built or through a company like NZXT.

You will have less hassle having someone build it for you, like NZXT or the like, but if you DIY you will have more control over the quality, and IMO the satisfaction of building your own PC.
