Sad News

Donut417

Seen it posted on Twitter that Sean Connery has passed away. This is very very sad news. I was a big fan of his. Ive seen every one of his James Bond movies, my favorite being Goldfinger(The best villain if you asked me) and my other favorite movie of his was Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. The only good part of the news is he died in his sleep and didn't suffer. But this is indeed a sad day.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Even The Rock was OK, even though I was a Nick Cage movie, LOL.

Hell Finding Forester is a good movie as well and its not normally the type of movie I would watch.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Everyone remembers Sean Connery of his role as James Bond. However the role he played I remember the most is William von Baskerviile in The Name of the Rose.

There's a funny story about Sir Sean and Star Trek V. The producers and William Shatner wanted to steal him away from Indiana Jones so badly that they went so far as to name the "God planet" after him--Sha'Ka'Ree. He was swayed enough to look over the script, immediately hated it and stayed with Last Crusade. Last Crusade made half a billion USD in 1989 dollars and is regarded as the second-best Indy film. Star Trek V made about $60 million and everyone who saw it or was associated with it hates it.

He had so many great movies, Bond and otherwise. Finding Forrester, The Hunt for Red October, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Murder on the Orient Express, Highlander...

...ok, Highlander was terrible, but his Spaniard from Egypt with an inexplicable Scottish accent was the best thing about that film.

The Rock wasn't the most amazing movie ever, but it was kind of his unofficial eighth Bond film in a lot of very intentional ways. He had such a spectacular career with Bond and outside of that character, and I wish more people would have seen him in more than just his Bond films and Last Crusade.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

I donˋt like the dishonest expressions of sympathy from so many people. Many did not hear or care about him for years and now want to make us believe that they care. All these people care about is likes and attention on social media

Saw that, definitely sucks. I was really hoping he'd pop up as a cameo in a James bond movie.
