There is high heat paint.

The problem with painting a radiator isn't that the paint would get hot, the problem is that the paint reduces the radiator's ability to dissipate heat!

Yup but still possible to do, not sure exactly why someone would want to do it, same goes for why people like RGB so much, colors man people like colors.

If one wanted to apply some colour to their radiator, they should instead anodize it as anodizing has affects the heat-dissipation far less. Anodizing is the industry-standard method of applying a layer of colour to metallic objects, not painting.

Yeah but to much work, extra money unless they want to yt it and set it up themselves when a $8 can of engine block , headers, exhaust paint catches their eye. Colors need to match, colors need to match.

Normally you make valid statements, but this is absolutely not one of them. There is no "industry standard". Most knowledgeable people/companies use the right finish for the job or look that they are after. Many times, painting is the preferred method.

Just paint the sides and thin edge of the fins. Black painted radiators exist, if there was any meaningful impact, they likely wouldn't.
