Seems like the forum is just not happy handling requests, even changing pages seems slower than usual.

 

If it's a cloudflare error, what was the ray ID from the bottom of the error page?

There's a 2MB limit on uploads. If you shrink the file size to 2MB or lower it will work. 

 

No idea if the limit is going to be removed at some point, or if it's a bug or intentional.

As you noted, this has already been fixed on the beta site, and will be fixed here when that rolls out in a couple of weeks. The issue is pasting images >2MB, so either make it smaller or save it as a file and upload that.
